Can Lawn Care Bookkeeper Use a Software Other Than Quickbooks Online?
No. Currently, QBO is the only platform we will use or integrate with for both payroll and bookkeeping.
Are There Any Other Hidden Fees?
Nothing is hidden. The only other fees you will have is your Quickbooks subscription and the fees Quickbooks charges when you run payroll and use their software. We charge $90/hr for services that are not included in your package, but will let you know if the services you are requesting will incur additional charges.
Will I Get Access to Mike Andes for My Bookkeeping Needs?
No. Mike is the founder and CEO of Lawn Care Bookkeeper and leads the Team with his knowledge of the lawn care industry. Mike is not a CPA, bookkeeper, or tax accountant and won’t be handling your account. Mike has consulted thousands of lawn care and landscape business owners and uses that experience to customize the metrics and numbers we provide for our clients so they know their numbers.
Can I Run Payroll Myself?
Yes. You can choose one or both of the services we offer 1.) Payroll and/or 2.) Quickbooks Bookkeeping. Remember your time is valuable and spending hours trying to setup new employees for payroll is NOT the best use of your time.
